Record Health Check
See whether a Salesforce record is ready for the next step and what needs attention. Admins define checks in Custom Metadata for fields, related records, and aggregates. Results explain what was found, what was expected, and how to resolve issues. Checks don’t change data or block saves. Optional extensions for scheduling, alerts, and reporting are in development.

Record Health Check Extensions
Add scheduling, guided check building, alerts, reporting, and integrations to Record Health Check. Extensions can also run approved corrective Flows. Each depends on the core framework and can be adopted separately, so admins can choose what they need. The suite is in active development; each extension’s documentation explains its current availability.

Prompt Context Builder
Generate editable prompts from Salesforce records using reusable templates that admins control. Admins choose which fields and related data a template can read, then publish a fixed version. Users can review, edit, and copy the result from a record page. The app checks Salesforce permissions throughout; it does not call an AI model or update customer records.

PickNext chooses who goes next in standups, raffles, icebreakers, and hot-seat sessions. Fair random picks, timed turns, and session recaps help you run each round. You can save teams in your browser, mark someone out for the day, and use presenter mode on a shared screen. Try the demo team without creating an account or installing anything.

Apex Log Insights
Read Salesforce Apex debug logs as an execution timeline with query diagnostics and governor limit analysis. Findings link to the relevant log lines, so you can trace bottlenecks and errors back to their source. Parsing runs locally, and logs stay on your machine. Use a browser or VS Code extension, or build the CLI, library, and MCP server from source.

Quote Document Totals
Group Salesforce CPQ quote lines into summaries for reports and document tools. Admins control grouping and labels through Custom Metadata. Before saving, Apex checks the totals against the underlying lines and excludes optional products from the payable total. Reports and generated documents can then use the same saved figures.

Bulk Record Upload
Let users upload CSV records directly in Salesforce Lightning. Admins define reusable upload processes in Custom Metadata, including field mappings, defaults, validation, and merge rules for different field types. Records are processed in the background using the running user’s object and field permissions. A result for each row helps users find and correct failures.

FocusGrid
Tasks sit on a grid of urgency and importance, moving as deadlines approach. When you’re deciding what to do next, Focus recommends one task and explains its choice. It also includes a timer to help you get started. Tasks stay in your browser, and the demo uses separate storage so you can try it without touching your own data.
